Online Sales Executive – Full Time (position filled Feb 2019)

Job Description: Online Sales Executive – Full Time Classification: Contractor – Work from Home Reports To: Owner Status: Full-time – Work from Home/Remote JSL Solutions is company that has been providing technology for churches and ministries since 2001. JSL Solutions’ primary products are StreamingChurch.tv, ChurchAppLive.com and MyFlock.com. StreamingChurch.tv provides the services necessary for churches and ministries to broadcast their services live on the internet. Church App Live provides an interactive mobile app for subscribing churches while MyFlock.com provides a church website, church management system and a social network within the church. The purpose of this role is to convert StreamingChurch.tv leads into satisfied customers. You will be working with churches of all sizes to determine solutions that will grow their congregation. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to understand the average church today, understand AV technology used in the church, love the sales process to identify and meet ministry’s needs, work independently, be a self-starter, motivated to interact with potential customers, as well as be determined and driven to meet sales goals. The ideal candidate understands the goals of the christian church, church management processes, church pastors and leadership. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and play an integral part in the future growth of our company. We are looking for strong, knowledgeable sales consultants. Our team members are tech savvy, creative, outgoing, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You will be required to be online during your working hours with internet access from your personal computer. You will need to be available to customers, potential customers and other JSL Solutions staff via provided internet tools (Skype, Asana, Zopim online chat, etc.). OVERALL SALES RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions): Convert Leads into Customers Leads are comprised of potential customers that create free trial accounts, chat online or call our toll free phone number expressing an interest in our products. Engage leads to convert them to customers – Engage with potential customers to create relationships, understand needs and provide solutions. Sales chat support (M-F during business hours) – Provide chat support for sales and support at the marketing website. Sales phone support (M-F during business hours) – Provide phone support for potential and existing customers. Lead/Prospect Follow up – Phone, email, etc. regular follow up with potential customers. Configure Ministries to Stream – Configure accounts to stream when requested. Initiate Contact with New and Older Leads – Follow up on our database of over 9 thousand ministries that have been exposed to our products and tools. Record and Manage Sales Leads – Record and update all customer activity, communications an issues within Asana. Elevate issues to technical support as required. Manage Sales Process We have a robust and measurable sales process and tracking system in place. You will be responsible to ensure the company’s sales process is functioning properly as ministries progress through our documented sales funnel. Ensure, Manage and Measure Flow through Sales Funnel Ensure proper percentages and ratios are moving from visitor, to free trial, to streaming to account activation Identify and remove barriers in the sales funnel. Engage customers to ensure they are moving through funnel Prepare and present sales reports for all products. Document customer activity and progress within sales funnel tracking system. Business Development Identify partnership opportunities, complementary products, marketing and sales events and opportunities. Customer Support Provide phone and chat support for new and existing customers as required. Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of the company. Communicate with customers company product functionality and features as required. Solve customer issues as required. For issues requiring more significant technical support, provide summary of the issue for the technical team and manage customer handoff to technical support. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Demonstrated sales experience with positive results Strong understanding of church and ministry processes, procedures, culture and worship services including AV knowledge. Solid experience delivering sales results Proficiency with internet tools and systems (Google Docs, Skype, Web meeting tools such as Join.me, Gmail, web browsers, mobile apps, etc.) Ability to produce sales correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience Prior sales experience in the church market Working knowledge of Asana is desired PERFORMANCE STANDARDS: Relational, friendly, approachable Determined and undeterred by rejection Initiates Contact Self Starter, goal oriented (understands the need to make contacts to get sales), financially driven Understands and enjoys working with churches (it’s your calling) Apply via email to [email protected]

We all live busy lives, but there must be a way for us to connect in a meaningful way...to know and care about each other in ways beyond how we do right now.

As I thought about it, an idea began to form: What if there were a way to connect with each other online? Each member would have a personal profile: Name, address, phone number, and email address plus information about their personal interests and life experience. The system would feature the ability to sort through the congregation to find “People Like Me.” For example, Billy over there, I know he likes to play golf on Saturday. The system would tell him about every other person in the church who likes to play golf. The system would also provide a way for him to reach out to those people and connect with them around their common interests.”

By the way, this was happening in 2001, before Social Media was on the scene. (MySpace launched in August of 2003, Facebook in February of 2004.)

Steve goes on, “I shared the idea with my Pastor. He liked it. So I developed the idea for our church. It worked better than any of us hoped. Because of that, we began thinking about how other churches could benefit from the concept and and a company and the online community building platform we came to call “MyFlock” was born.”

This church centric, ministry purposed company was born and continues to evolve as new technologies become available.

Marketing Manager – Part Time (position filled Jan 2019)

You will be working with the StreamingChurch.tv executive team creating a digital marketing plan that will ensure the growth of the company and the success of their ministries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in the digital marketing arena for an online international business. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and play an integral part in the future growth of our company. We are looking for strong, knowledgeable digital marketing experts.
